Fees & Process

We work on an hourly rate basis. We believe that a plan should not be charged on a per strategy basis, as there are many variables with each client, strategy and business.

We find that an hourly rate results in a much better, more bespoke, tailored, carefully written plan as our paraplanners are not under unrealistic time pressures to complete the document. They take the time to complete the plan properly and do not rush it “just to get it done”. But rest assured, our paraplanners are very experienced and very efficient!! 

We also like to reward the advisers that have clear, organised and succinct information and SOA requests. The easier the information is to decipher and translate into an SOA, the quicker we can complete a plan and the less it will cost!

The Titanium Black Process

Step 1: SOA Request

SOA request is emailed to your individual Trello Workflow Board.

Step 2: 24 Hour Turnaround

Titanium Black will respond within 2 minutes with an expected turn around time.

Step 3: SOA Allocation

The SOA is allocated to the appropriate Paraplanner within 24 hours.

Step 4: Return SOA

The Paraplanner returns the SOA within 48 hours to a Senior Paraplanner.

Step 5: SOA Examination

The Senior Paraplanner vets the SOA within 48 hours.

Step 6: Adviser Receives SOA

SOA is uploaded to your Trello Workflow Board along with an invoice.

Step 7: Adviser Modifications

You check over the SOA. If any modification needs to be completed, the SOA is sent back to Titanium Black.

Step 8: Final Modifications

Titanium Black will complete any required modifications as a matter or priority.

Step 9: Complete

SOA is presented to the client.

Our payment terms are 14 days. Our rate of $110 per hour + GST applies if your invoice is paid on time.

Express Service (plus GST)

 

Within 2 Business Days: $250

Within 3 Business Days: $150

Within 5 Business Days: $100

Note:

Any Time Critical requests received in June will attract a 50% loading on the Time Critical Fee

Paraplanner Training Service (plus GST)

 

Per Hour: $150

Per Day (up to 8 hours): $1000

Please Note: Fees and charges within this schedule are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Titanium Black. All fees are including GST.

Included Services

  • Initial meeting in your office (if geographically possible) to discuss your business requirements and Titanium Black’s services is complimentary.

Required Software:

  • We require that you have a comprehensive Xplan licence, with all required modules for completing investments, financial modelling, product comparisons and SOA generation.

Service Standard

  • 7 Business Days upon receipt of all required information.
  • We will however always attempt to accommodate your turn around time needs.

Plans need to be received by 10am for that day to be counted as a business day in the 7 business day turn around.

Plans can be returned outside of 7 business days, however this will always be with prior negotiation and clarified when the plan request is received.

Required Information and Documentation

  • Titanium Black SOA request form or document with the equivalent information;
  • Insurance Quotes if applicable;
  • Client Profile;
  • Any relevant File Notes;
  • Completed Product Replacement information.;
  • Alternative Product and Strategy Research;
  • Any supplementary documentation relevant to the SoA production.
